What costs should buyers expect beyond the purchase price?
In Andalusia, buyers should budget for Transfer Tax (ITP) at 7%, plus notary and land registry fees — typically 1–1.5% combined. For new-build properties, VAT at 10% applies instead. Independent legal fees are also recommended. I'll give you a full cost breakdown specific to any property you're seriously considering — no surprises.
How long does it typically take to buy or sell?
For buyers, focused searches typically conclude within 4–12 weeks depending on how specific your requirements are. For sellers, a well-priced and well-presented property in a sought-after location usually sells within a similar window. I'll give you an honest expectation upfront based on your specific property and goals.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes — the majority of my clients are based abroad, buying or selling from Northern Europe and beyond. I work comfortably across time zones, coordinate virtual viewings, and manage the full legal and administrative process remotely. For buyers, I can also guide you on obtaining your NIE number and opening a Spanish bank account — both required before completion.
